SMS Program Description
Shay Koko Insurance Agency offers an SMS program to provide our clients with important updates, policy information, service alerts, and business communications. By providing your mobile number, you agree to receive text messages from us regarding your insurance needs and account status.
Consent to Receive Messages
By opting into this program, you provide your express written consent to receive recurring automated and manual text messages from Shay Koko Insurance Agency. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

Opt-Out Instructions
You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Simply text STOP to our number. After you send the SMS message STOP to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.You can cancel the SMS service at any time by replying STOP. After you send STOP, you will receive one final confirmation message confirming that you have been unsubscribed. After that, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us unless you choose to opt in again.
